High-Paying Customer Service Jobs That Are Entirely Remote

Are you looking for high-pay customer service jobs you can do from home?

Work at home customer service jobs are fairly plentiful. When I’m searching for new remote job leads to add to the job leads page, I tend to find more customer service positions than anything else.

That said, not all of the customer service positions pay very well. With the cost of living being what it is, most of us can’t scrape by anymore on rates lower than $15 an hour.

So today I did some digging around to come up with a list of work at home customer service positions that are open now AND pay at least $20 hourly.

Keep in mind that the amount of experience, education, specific skills, and the required location will vary from listing to listing. But I do hope you find something below that you qualify to apply for.

6 High-Pay Customer Service Jobs From Home

ParentSquare – Customer Support Lead. Full-time. Remote (U.S.). Lead and mentor a small team of customer support agents for ParentSquare’s K–12 communication platform. Responsibilities include coaching agents, managing escalations, ensuring efficient ticket and chat handling, and collaborating with the Customer Support Manager to improve training and internal processes. Requires high school diploma, 2+ years of customer support experience (preferably SaaS), excellent communication and project management skills, and prior leadership experience. Knowledge of school communication or SIS tools a plus. Pay: $27–$30/hour DOE. Requires 2–3 years of IT helpdesk/desktop support experience, IT certifications or technical education, and strong knowledge of Active Directory domains and ticketing systems. Vetcove – Technical Support Associate. Full-time. Remote (U.S.). Act as the frontline support for veterinary clinics and vendors using Vetcove’s eCommerce platform. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving technical issues, troubleshooting bugs and data discrepancies, reproducing and escalating software problems, querying and validating platform data, managing support tickets, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. Requires 1+ year of experience in technical support, product operations, or QA (SaaS/web preferred), strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, and familiarity with APIs, JSON, and debugging tools. Excellent communication, empathy, and multitasking abilities are essential. Salary $50,000–$80,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
