ETC Mining Stopped on Some iPollo ASICs – Firmware Released

Attention Ethereum Classic (ETC) ASIC miners!

Several iPollo devices — including iPollo V2 / V2x / V2h — stopped mining ETC after block #23,100,000 due to issues related to DAG Epoch 385.

We’ve seen this problem before — it’s related to the DAG file size growing beyond what some mining hardware can handle. This was extensively covered in our older Ethereum articles, such as:

When Will My Graphics Card Stop Mining ETH?

Thankfully, iPollo has acknowledged the issue and released a firmware update to resolve it. If your device stopped mining ETC, please update the firmware immediately:

After updating, your device should resume normal ETC mining operations.
